Mission
Nicoll D. Matthews, M.S.N., R.N., CM/DN earned her master's degree in nursing with a concentration in nursing informatics at Walden University in 2017. She has been a nurse for over fourteen years with a background in mother/baby postpartum, providing care to new mothers and newborns during inpatient stays, and experience in primary care case management for the underserved population and United States Veterans.
Nicoll is certified in case management/delegating nurse for assisting living programs. Her expertise aligns with COMAR 10.07.14 regulations for assisting living programs. She provides comprehensive forty-five-day assessments, service plans, and medication tech training for staff.
Nicoll is certified by the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) for Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) specimen collections. As a certified collector, it is crucial to provide accurate specimen collections along with D.O.T. 49 C.F.R. part 40 and guidelines and regulations, with drug and alcohol testing for the transportation industry. She is also a Lifeloc certified Breath Alcohol Technician.
Nicoll also holds a transportation worker identification credential (TWIC) and licensure to provide life insurance in the state of Maryland.
